Food Depot

My Brother in law and I was sharing a buggy and we were in line for the self check out sign said (20 items or less ). The tall blonde girl hollered at me and said you cant use these you have to many items .

I told her that it was 2 separate orders . Then the older white lady with dyed black hair proceeded to tell me the same thing about I couldnt use these because I had to many items . I told her the same the thing about it was 2 seperate orders and she said that doesnt matter I said we are sharing a buggy . They both stand over across by the stack of drinks and start whispering.

Im not stupid I know they were talking about us when my register messed up the blonde came over there and when she fixed it she grabbed my bottles of water and tossed them in the seat part of the buggy . My brother in law was at the other register beside me and he asked her a question and she snapped at him . I had 15 items and he had 16 items so it was less than 20 items each of us had . The both of them need to find another job because customer service isnt for them they are to rude they should ask questions first before being so rude .

I work in customer service and the customer is always right no matter what .

We should have gotten our groceries for free after the way those two acted about the self check outs. And We probably never shop at Food Depot again .

I am writing regarding a disgusting employee at the Dublin store, I wish I knew his name, im still researching. Middle aged white male from my mother's description.

I wish I was there. She is 80 years old and turned to ask him where the fully cooked bacon is located and his response being "if you would turn around and actually look you would see it, in a very rude way, definitely not joking. Anyone that would talk this way to a elderly person , whom by the way has trouble seeing is a piece of trash and I'm sure his mother would be ashamed!

She Ofcourse didn't buy it and to my advice will never set foot back in that store other to file a official complaint and to find out the name of this horrible person. Who should be fired immediately!

Story time: I had a flat tire one night I believe you all were close to closing or maybe just closed. I sat there to wait for help maybe an hr.

A lady came out with a skulls on walked a few feet and began to smoke weed and talk in her phone very loudly. My baby was with me and to not just have the car on the door was open and my windows was down. I just asked her could she smoke a little further from me. She than got a tad bit flustered.

Blew the smoke in my face and proceeded to do so. Very rude now I know why people complain. You allow drugs on the property.

They act like whatever. She is pretty short compared to me.
